TAURUS MIG 310 wire has good oxidation resistance at high temperatures due to its high content of Chromium. The alloy is widely used for welding heat resistant austenitic steels of
the 25% Chromium and 20% Nickel types and therefore sensitive to hot cracking. Common applications are industrial furnaces and boiler parts as well as heat exchangers.
