The Taurus LY600A Auto-Darkening Welding Helmet provides advanced protection for the eyes, face, neck, and ears against welding spatter, grinding particles, and harmful radiation. Designed for professional welding applications, this helmet delivers superior defence against ultraviolet (UV) and infrared (IR) radiation, ensuring operator safety during extended welding sessions.
The helmet features an electronically adjustable auto-darkening filter (ADF) with a DIN shade range of 9 to 13, allowing precise adjustment according to welding intensity and process requirements. The filter transitions from light to dark in just 1/25,000 of a second, providing immediate eye protection when the arc is struck.
Powered by a solar-assisted rechargeable lithium battery, the LY600A ensures long-lasting, energy-efficient performance. The integrated grinding function allows the darkening feature to be switched off, offering clear visibility during grinding and preparation tasks.
Constructed from a soft, semi-flexible, flame-retardant shell, the helmet provides high strength and durability while maintaining lightweight comfort. Its ergonomic international design includes ample internal air space, ensuring cooler wear and a secure, comfortable fit for extended use.
