LPG Installations

Mr TIG is a licensed LP Gas Installer for all your domestic Gas requirements.  Registered with LPGSA and SAQCC, installations are done in accordance to SANS 10087-1 (2013).  A Certificate of Compliance is issued with each New installation.  COC's are also done on existing Gas installations, this could be for system modifications/upgrades of appliances or sale of a property.  If the system is in line with the safety requirements and installed in accordance to SANS regulations and are compliant, then a COC will be issued.  Any modifications or upgrades to be made to the system, the installer may give you a written quotation for work to be carried out to bring the installation up to compliance.  Once work has been carried out and system tested, the a new COC can be issued.  CoC's need to be done every 5 years and some Insurance companies might request for a system check to be done once a year.  Some of the equipment in your installation expire within a certain amount of time and would need to be changed to keep the system safe and compliant, an example of this would be regulators and pigtails.  Please see below for all the services we have to offer and options available for your specific needs.  Each and every installation would differ per household as a number of factors would need to be addressed.
